 Transformation Coordinator

Fixed Term – 2 Years – Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Raukawa Charitable Trust (RCT) has been a provider of quality community initiatives throughout the South Waikato since 1987, and we are proud to deliver a wide range of iwi-led initiatives in health, social, treaty, cultural, and environmental sectors to the communities that we serve.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Coordinator to join our Transformation Team. This is a 2-year fixed term, full-time role (40 hours per week) based at our Tokoroa tari, with flexibility for hybrid working for the right candidate.

We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to support data quality, governance, and analysis across Raukawa. This pivotal role will support the development and implementation of our data and digital strategy, facilitate the Data Governance Committee, and ensure consistent, reliable data to inform strategic decision-making. You will also support data analysis projects involving internal teams and external stakeholders, using the Raukawa data repository to deliver impactful insights.

Your Attributes – What you will bring to the role:

  • A passion for accuracy, consistency, and reliability in data management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information for different audiences
  • Experience in metadata management, digital archiving, and data quality processes
  • Familiarity with big data, machine learning, and AI for strategic insights
  • An understanding of Māori data sovereignty and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Database Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Exposure to or experience in data analysis, governance, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • A current full driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand
